Good Morning Citizens!
Donovan and I made it home from our “business” trip just fine last night around 7:30. By 8 o’clock I was sound asleep and I stayed that way until 3am. I had been sleeping well down in Islamorada, so last nights seven hours didn’t surprise me. However, my sleeping is still erratic with some nights only able to serve up 3 to 4 hours of tasty REM included sleep. I seem to feel better after the seven.
The only thing bad about being down in The Keys is that my best friend and beautiful wife Kathleen wasn’t there with me. I love traveling with her.
But, It couldn’t have been a father/son R&R “business” “brain” “buffet", if she had. Hold On, My stoopid mouse stopped working - be right back.
Here’s two different versions of the same song...
That cool sounding low growly note note on the original Smokey Robinson / music by Stevie Wonder version is a Bassoon - I LOVE IT!!!
If a pelican...
Time to go back to work now - time to ease out of island retreat mode and shift into advance mode.
THINGS TO BE DONE
TWO STEPS FORWARD -
If I don’t keep taking those two steps for every one that pd makes me take backwards I’ll end up... walking backwards. There is a lot to be done and KING! is up to it. You can read all about it here at andywardking.com Have a good weekend and stay safe. Next show coming up is the MEOW fest March 15 at Jackrabbit’s - see link on the right of the page.
Until Next Time
just say yes!
meet Andy Ward King, a professional musician and artist until a diagnosis of parkinons dsease at age 49 forced him into an early retirement., he now uses his music, his art along with the whimsical world he has created in this blog as therapy to ( as he puts it ) outsmart his brain and make the daily battles with parkinson’s a little bit easier, to give him that all important reason to get up on the morning, to make his life worth living. Andy has learned how to say NO to gving up \ NO to depression and apathy \ NO to following willingly the road of decline that stretches before him. he learned that to say no to all of these things all one has to do is say yes. Andy has learned to just say YES to life/\\
